Who we are
For over 16 years, Revive has brought together vision, entrepreneurship and expertise in sustainable urban development. What began as a developer with a strong social ambition has grown into a pan-European player, deploying both places and capital to make cities more liveable, resilient and future-focused.
Under the name Revive, a range of complementary areas of expertise come together around one shared ambition. Revive Project Development creates living environments that connect people, community and nature. Revive Fund Management strategically manages capital and opportunities to achieve sustainable growth, delivering both financial returns and meaningful social impact.
“We build society, not only real estate.”

Nicolas Bearelle
Revive is a childhood dream that became reality. As a child, I used to draw my dream homes, but I also wanted to help build a better future and become an entrepreneur. When I met Piet Colruyt, the entrepreneur and investor, a unique partnership was formed that would permanently change the world of project development in Flanders and far beyond.
What started in an attic in 2008 has since grown into an international company with many talented Revivers.
Our activities
Revive Project Development
Driven by a deep passion for sustainability, we design and deliver neighbourhoods that connect people, nature and architecture. We build ecosystems where interaction comes naturally and where the ecological footprint is kept to a minimum.
Revive Fund Management
As a forward-thinking, pan-European fund manager (AIFM), we direct capital towards transformation. We specialise in turning underutilised sites into thriving livelihoods, demonstrating that positive social impact and attractive financial returns are inseparably linked.
