Together with Inclusio, we are working on a new social housing site in Wachtebeke, Belgium – on the Melkerijstraat to be precise. We are creating 20 flats for social rental and eight studios for adults in need of care. In this way, the Municipality of Wachtebeke wants to provide a solution for the shortage of social housing for small families in the region.
