We leverage property development as a driver for change. We tackle major challenges such as climate change, housing shortages and social isolation by breathing new life into often polluted, neglected and underutilised sites and buildings. Our goal is to create sustainable neighbourhoods that have a lasting positive impact on people and the environment. We opt for innovative, sustainable solutions that go beyond current standards and have followed ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) from day one.
Environment
At Revive, we are committed to drastically reducing our impact on the climate and the environment. We achieve this through smart choices throughout the entire project process, such as using only renewable energy, reducing operational and embodied CO₂ emissions, implementing on-site energy generation, and conducting carbon lifecycle assessments. Additionally, we increase circular reuse, raise renovation rates, restore degraded natural areas, create new green spaces, minimise water consumption, and recycle materials. In this way, we build future-proof neighbourhoods where people and nature reinforce each other.
“From the very beginning, Revive has focused on energy-efficient homes. In our first project in 2010, …” Den Draad“we still had to prove that a gas-free residential neighbourhood was feasible. Back then, we were pioneers, but today this has become the standard, and we are very pleased that this shift has taken place.”

People and society
We are committed to reconnecting society and creating a diverse real estate offering. Together with our community builders, we foster a culture of connection and design shared spaces that encourage social interaction, strengthen a sense of belonging, and provide opportunities for engagement—always with respect for each other’s space, privacy, and freedom. Our housing portfolio also includes affordable options, and all our spaces are designed with health, sustainability, and collaboration in mind. In this way, we build inclusive, resilient neighbourhoods and work environments where people truly come together.
“We want to create neighbourhoods where people can easily meet and help each other, and where the seeds of social values can grow and flourish to bring about positive change in community life.”

Governance
At Revive, transparency, ethics, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. We are a values-driven organisation where sustainability objectives are integrated into our internal structures, processes, and evaluation systems, and where our ESG values are embedded in the goals of every team member. With SMART targets such as Net Zero 2030, clear action plans, and open communication, we strengthen our integrity and ensure that decisions are always aligned with our sustainability ambitions. Through strong stakeholder management and clear reporting, we build trust and ensure that our governance systems contribute to sustainable value creation for people, the environment, and society.

Temporary Use
When Revive acquires an old industrial site, a lengthy process of design, approvals, and permits begins. In the meantime, these beautiful industrial spaces often remain empty and locked. They are ideal places to give back to the community, the neighbourhood, and creatives.

Corporate responsibility
At Revive, we strive to provide transparent and accurate information to our investors. As an investment fund operating under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Article 9, we aim, through GLDF II Partners NV, to support the transition to a more sustainable economy by investing in activities that help reduce environmental and social risks.
