Monolithe

Iconic living by the historic Cinquantenaire Park

Revive is transforming a brutalist office building into 83 unique residences in the heart of the city. This challenge provides an innovative solution to a growing problem in the capital: the shortage of housing and the abundance of outdated office buildings that no longer meet today’s standards. By addressing this issue, we can breathe new life into the neighborhood and the city. Moreover, we are committed to sustainable renovation; we build on the existing structure, which is the most environmentally friendly solution.

Architecture by Jacques Wybauw

The building showcases masterful architecture by Jacques Wybauw. With its raw concrete and geometric forms, Monolithe is an impressive example of Wybauw’s brutalist style. The functional design, combined with numerous windows, allows the greenery of the Cinquantenaire Park to flow into the living spaces. This residential project honors the city’s rich past by weaving the history of the park and the neighborhood into the daily lives of its residents.
