Governance

At Revive, we strive to be a trusted partner in all our activities—for our team, clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Working with Revive means purposefully building a sustainable future and making a meaningful social and environmental impact. We go beyond what is expected—beyond regulations and standard market practices. It means taking the lead and doing better for everyone. Revive was the first property developer in the world to achieve B Lab B Corp certification.

Respect and transparency

Value-driven decisions are at the heart of everything we do. Transparency, accountability, and integrity are not empty words, but concrete principles that guide both our strategy and daily operations. With a team of dedicated and ambitious experts, we demonstrate that triple value creation is possible: strong financial returns alongside measurable social impact. To date, as an AIFM, we have established nine funds, including two Article 9 funds that comply with the SFDR.

Engaged team, strong partners

We believe that engaged employees are motivated people, especially in our field as socially and environmentally driven changemakers. To foster this engagement, we apply a range of techniques that encourage initiatives aligned with our core values.

An example of this is the TAJO workshops, where Revivers educate children on topics such as sustainability, urban planning, biodiversity, and more, through a series of interactive sessions organised by TAJO (Talent Workshop for Youth).

Stakeholder management

At Revive, we view stakeholder management as a key building block for sustainable project development and for creating a bond of trust with all parties involved. Throughout the three phases of our projects (pre-construction, construction, and post-construction), we apply a social value framework within which initiatives, activities, and partnerships are established. From site acquisition to community building after delivery, strong stakeholder management with local residents and all involved parties is essential to achieving our social and environmental objectives.

ACV community information session

B Corp certification as an ethical benchmark

As a certified B Corp, we undergo recertification every three years by an independent organisation. This assessment measures our performance across environment, employees, communities, customers, and governance—ensuring that our impact is not only meaningful but also objectively verified.

Corporate responsibility

At Revive, we strive to provide transparent and accurate information to our investors. As an investment fund operating under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Article 9, we aim, through GLDF II Partners NV, to support the transition to a more sustainable economy by investing in activities that help reduce environmental and social risks.
