Warsaw, Poland – 18 February 2026 – Belgian developer Revive has finalised the acquisition of the tenement house at Zgoda 1 in central Warsaw. The eight-storey property, distinguished by its triangular footprint and internal atrium, will undergo modernisation once the required permits have been obtained.
The building dates back to 1877 and represents 19th-century urban architecture from a period of rapid development in Warsaw. Its total floor area is approximately 3,153 sqm. The planned works will include restoration of the structure while preserving its architectural character, alongside adaptation for contemporary use.
Upon completion of the project, the building will offer residential apartments, with retail units located on the ground floor and in the basement levels. The property directly fronts onto Plac Pięciu Rogów, at the intersection of Zgoda, Chmielna, Bracka, Szpitalna and Krucza streets — a part of central Warsaw that has undergone significant functional and spatial transformation in recent years.
“This is our first project in Warsaw. Our aim is to restore the building’s urban function while preserving its character and integrating it into the ongoing transformation of this part of the city centre”
The start of works is planned following the receipt of the required administrative approvals. Further updates will be shared at subsequent stages of the project preparation.
