Revive and Matexi are aiming for the sky with Pier Kornel. Stretching out over the water, on the former site of Tupperware, a beautiful mix of new sustainable homes is coming to life.

Pier Kornel is being built on the 4-hectare site of the former Tupperware factory in Aalst, along the shores of the Dender river. The project breathes new life into this site that has such a rich history, transforming it into a city neighbourhood that is ready for tomorrow.Around 450 new homes will be built at Pier Kornel, comprising both houses and apartments. They will be built in different phases. The houses are designed for every generation, in different typologies (family homes, garden apartments, assisted-living homes, waterfront living, etc.) and for various budgets.
