Den Indruk - Bruges

Finding a beautiful and affordable home in the centre of Bruges is not always easy. Den Indruk is a new construction project consisting of 23 homes and 17 flats that was completed in 2017. It is located in the centre of Bruges, near the Vesten, where printing house “Die Keure” once stood.

Consisting of 130 units, Den Draad was revive's first new-build project and was completed in 2015. With Den Draad, revive wanted to literally push back the boundaries of sustainable living by using a combination of intelligent architecture, contemporary building techniques, recycling of demolition materials and a careful selection of sustainable building materials.

Kadox - Antwerp

Kadox is a sustainable residential project close to the trendy Eilandje in Antwerp. The project consists of 30 low-energy homes and flats and was officially completed in 2016. The name Kadox refers to the Kattendijkdok and the Cadix district in which it is located. In a green area, but still close to the city centre. In short, Kadox residents can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Brightpark - Mechelen

Brightpark, our project in Machelen, is one of the first fully-fledged sustainable business parks in Belgium. The site measures 75,000 m² and can accommodate some 40 companies, from SMEs (minimum area of 215 m²) to large companies (maximum area of 13,000 m²).
